Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to deliver high-quality custom products and ensure your complete satisfaction. However, because many of our products are custom-made and printed on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful, our return and refund policy has a few special considerations.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, which are custom-printed and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Conditions for returns or exchanges:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
- Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item or size, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
Non-returnable items:
- Custom-designed Accessory items, i.e. Tote Bag and La Top Sleeves.
- Items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
- Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as our fulfillment partner begins production shortly after the order is placed.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@aworship.com.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
- We will process your request and provide a solution (either a replacement or refund) as soon as possible.
Shipping Costs:
- For returns due to damaged or defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For incorrect items (e.g., wrong size or design), we will provide a free return label for you to send the item back.
Please note that shipping costs for all other returns (for example, if you change your mind or ordered the wrong item) are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, the production process will begin, and we will be unable to cancel or modify the order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@aworship.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with any quality issues, please contact us immediately at info@aworship.com. Provide us with the following details:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- A description of the issue
We will work with Printful to resolve the problem by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

- Custom & Print-on-Demand Nature: As our products are custom-made and fulfilled by Printful, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that are simply unwanted or ordered incorrectly.
- Communication with Printful: If there are any fulfillment issues (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we will communicate directly with Printful to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
